This 4,500 SF interior for a small, private investment management firm offers a warm and inviting atmosphere. The design includes nine private offices, a spacious conference room, and a variety of flexible informal areas intended for meetings, brainstorming sessions, and conversation. At the center of the space, a common sitting area serves as a focal point, featuring mahogany wall panels and natural light from a skylight above. Acoustic privacy was a key consideration, addressed through the implementation of a specialized door and glass wall system, along with specific wall partition construction techniques. Furnishings were also a part of the design scope.
