PROJECT OVERVIEW
Tonic is a Sandinavian themed eatery, featuring pickled foods and exotic cocktails. To compliment the cuisine, a Scandi inspired space was achieved by decluttering the previous bar arrangement and using small pops of color placed within a white, light-filled shell. A vibrant blue banquette, blonde wood tones, and red stools serve as simple design focal points. The limited front-of-house space was carefully arranged to provide room for a bar, host stand, and table seating. The bar was laid-out to provide adequate space, plumbing, and electrical to all of the necessary food-service equipment.
